Pass the driver device object parameter to the
dma_sync_single_for_cpu function. Otherwise when FW notifies
NSS driver for the coredump notification, host OS also crashes.

In current code, we are not checking if the message was successfully handled
in NSS FW code, if an error was encountered on FW side, we still send TX_SUCCESS
to host crypto code which is incorrect.

Validation of MTU is not needed because
qca-nss-dp will set the GMAC MTU before
invoking data plane change MTU API.
If the MTU validation fails for GMAC set
MTU API, data plane API will not be invoked.

This change configures ipv4 connection count first followed by
ipv6 connection count update to NSS-FW. Configuring ipv6 connection count
first is causing performance degradation in certain datapaths
(ipsec  AES-128/256-SHA1-KLIPS) on Maple.
