Add the selinux rules to allow permissions to access few other dev nodes
like ramdump_md_adsp, ramdump_adsp, ramdump_cdsp_minidump, ramdump_adsp_rh,
ramdump_memshare_DIAG, ramdump_memshare_FTM and ramdump_memshare_GPS so
that the ramdump can be collected when these subsystems crash.
