-D sets the debug level to 1
This will ensure bb.debug(1, ...) messages are printed to stdout.

Define SSTATE_LOCAL_MIRROR bb env variable and use the same

Due to Yocto Rocko changes debug build images are getting
deleted from deploy directory during perf build generation.
Added buildclean-retaindeploy before 9607 perf build
generation to clean and retain only deploy directory.
