For multiple camera case, ife irq will be delayed, so
it is easy to make active_req_cnt > = 2, which will reject
the current request and don't send the SOF notification.
We have implemented another mechanism to handle this.

As part of cnss2 dlkm efforts, iova_start and iova_stop are
set to 0 and U64_MAX since memblock_start_of_DRAM and
memblock_end_of_DRAM leads to undefined build errors.

However the change has side effect on 64-bit platform and
leads to Hastings fails to boot up. Thus set back to
physical RAM start and end for iova_start and iova_stop.

This patch introduces a sysfs group entry for the UFS health
descriptor parameters. The group adds "health_descriptor" folder
under the UFS driver sysfs entry
(/sys/bus/platform/drivers/ufshcd/*). The parameters are shown
as hexadecimal numbers. The full information about the parameters
could be found at UFS specifications 2.1.

KMS driver reported that "unable to find appropriate mixers"
when work in DP_MST mode, and there have two primary layer
mixers in dts. It can be fixed by to modify the secondary
layer mixer's preference to "none" to meet DP's requirement.
